The Rules of The Hunt

Follow our guides, win a prize, help identify & save our local community treasures...in any case, you become a part of a new, national community treasure hunt!

How to Play

1. Fill out & mail in a Hunt Registration Form. This gets you on our mailing list, so you can stay up-to-date information about new Hunts, those in development, and even sites in danger of disappearing before your see them.

2. Follow the rules below to earn the listed points. Mail your entries, no more than once per month, to our address: 1140 US Hwy 287, Suite 400-166, Broomfield, CO 80020.   

Terms:

Prizes will consist of a variety of travel-related merchandise. At least one Prize, with a retail value of $50 or more, will be awarded in any case; no Prize will be valued at more than $250. The number of prizes, prize categories, and winners depends entirely upon sales of Hunt cards, an amount which is entirely unpredictable. The Prize Fund will be equal to five percent (5%) of our Hunt card sales revenue through June 2009.   

Prizes are awarded only for your qualified entries, received at our business address through June 30, 2009, with eligibility determined solely by the judgment of the staff of Heritage Hunt Publishing. No contestant will be awarded more than one (1) Prize per game period. The initial Game Period ends June 30, 2009, with prizes awarded on or before August 31, 2009. The next Game Period begins July 1, 2009 and ends June 30, 2010.
