    Donate used books! Buy them cheap!

To fund our work in each County, you can donate used history, travel &nature books. While it’s hard to sell these to a used bookstore, we can usually get a few dollars for each at retail. If you donate a book, we send you an occasional  email with our current inventory list and you can order books for below-market prices (usually $5/$10). We’ll notify you when we have a nearby book sale, where you can browse our selection. It’s better than a book club!

• Limited to history,  travel & nature

• Non-fiction and English language only.

• Local, USA, or foreign countries are all fine.

• Not trade paperbacks (i.e., smallest paperbacks; the larger ones are ok).

• Nature generally includes a lot of physical science, and that’s ok.

• Biography is good - but please not Hollywood & political kiss/tell books.

How to Donate? If you're in the Denver area, you can send us an email at Books@AmericanGuides.org. Note the (1) number of books, (2) time & day, and (3) your address for pickup. Leave your books in a bag/box outside your door. Put this form inside; mark “AGP” on the outside. We’ll sign for the number of books you donated, and you can send this to your tax guy!
